I am not a pesimist by nature. I am, however, a realist. I see many good things in the world around me. I thank the Lord every day for His blessings and His grace and His mercy to me the most undeserving of men. God is good, all the time. I believe there is a day coming that will be very good indeed. Before that day arrives, I know that there will be tough days to come. Does that mean that we hide our heads and just allow those days to happen. We must resist evil in all its forms at all times. As long as we are in this present time we have an obligation to come against the enemy and his plans. Many christians hold the belief that we are in the last days. I agree with this point of view. I do not believe that we should isolate ourselves and our families. The Word of God tells us to gather more often as we see the Day approaching. We should have lamps lit to light the way. We need to proclaim the gospel and stand against what is against the Lord and His ways. I know dark days are coming. I am realistic. But when is light the most visible?
